Azad Factory maintains strict quality control standards for all products. As our products are industrial-grade and often made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect purchase, or compatibility concerns.
A replacement will only be considered if the product is received with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement only, not a refund.
Replaced products will be delivered to you within 7 days.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
